World's End, Knaresborough

Harrogate Borough Council is to pay £13,500 for three sculpted bicycles, reports the Harrogate Advertiser. They will be part of a garden being created by Harrogate BC's Parks Team, which will be shown at Harrogate Spring Flower Show. The show opens on 24th April 2014, and runs until the 27th. It is held at the Great Yorkshire Showground in Harrogate.

After the show, the bicycle sculptures will go on permanent display at the World's End gardens in Knaresborough, which is right by the route of Stage 2 of the Tour de France 2014.
